Membership Commitment: Members commit up front for 12 weeks of produce delivery – If there is no delivery any week because of crop failure, low production or any reason, then your membership will be extended for that week; in other words, you only pay for the weeks we deliver! Members will have the option of paying for a full share or for a half share, delivered. If you are unable to take your share one week, we ask that you make arrangements in advance to give it to a neighbor, friend or donate it. We can help accommodate the delivery if it is local, or make arrangements for donation. Also, because we plan each season in advance and use your membership fees to plant the crops in advance of delivery, we are unable to offer refunds. If you find you must terminate your membership during your 12 week membership, please contact us in advance to see if we can transfer your membership to someone on our waiting list. We can only offer a refund during the 12 week commitment if a suitable member is found to take your place.

This membership fee can be applied to future sessions of the 2010-2011 Millican Farms CSA. Please make all checks payable to Millican Farms.

Payment options: The membership fee must be received with your application. Once accepted, members may choose to make payments (3 monthly payments) or pay in full prior to the start of the session. The payments for a half share are $80 per month, and payments for a full share are $120 per month. The first payment is due prior to the start of the session, with the following payments due by the first of the next two following months. Monthly payments can now be made using PayPal in our online store. For members that pay in full, a $10 discount will be applied to their account. Members can redeem their credit by making purchases in our online store. To redeem a credit, members will need to select the COD payment option when checking out of the store, and their credit will be applied to their purchase. If the total order exceeds the available credit, the balance will show on an invoice that will be included with their purchase.
