Melon Sorbet

Aime and I found a great treat for the hot months – melon sorbet.

4 1/2 cups melon
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
Alcohol optional

Blend together and freeze. Then enjoy!

    We tried it with one Israeli melon, lemon juice (we didn’t have any limes), a few sprigs of mint and a touch of Bailey’s Irish cream. Couldn’t wait on it to freeze – thanks Patrick!
